Just want to say a huge thank you to Jamie and team Quality Carpets Direct Wellfield Road, Cardiff, After their professional, excellent service regarding choice, fitting and advice for my sitting room in October 2014, I am now admiring my hallway carpet fitted by there team today.

The service I received was excellent from start to finish. Jamie in the shop was very helpful in terms of looking at carpets, lending me samples to take home to test against paintwork and walking on different kinds of underlay to see which I wanted. The fitters — Richard and friend! — were great: really professional, polite and efficient and did a perfect job.

Delivered at the appointed time and an excellent job of fitting by Ken, I'm very pleased.
